Submissions
Thank you for your interest in guest posting with Milk and Confetti! We are always interested in receiving well written, unique posts that will encourage and inspire our readers.
Please send your submissions to hello@milkandconfetti.com with the subject line: Submission. If you have any questions about your submission or the submission process, please feel free to send us an email there too.
We strive to make a decision on all submissions within two weeks of receiving them.
IDEAS WE LOVE...
REAL STORIES
If you have a personal story, awesome recipe, parenting hack, travel recommendation or fun design/DIY project, we would love for you to provide us a written submission. We are looking for well-written submissions about anything related to motherhood – all the joys and frustrations. In choosing submissions to publish, we tend to gravitate towards happy endings.
We do not accept previously published work, including posts from personal blogs. If your submission is approved, grammatical and minor content edits will be made directly by our editorial staff. Any significant changes or suggestions will be sent to you for your thoughts and/or approval prior to publishing. At this time, we do not compensate for guest posts.
PHOTO STORIES
Sometimes the best stories are conveyed through images. Sometimes we only have the time to look through images to give us inspiration or strength to keep going. If you have a series of photos or even if it is just one or two, please send it to us with a short description or quote to accompany your photo essay.
We only accept photos from the actual owner without watermarks. Please do not submit photos owned by third parties. Photos must be at least 4MP (4 Megapixels/4 Million Pixels) and in digital format only. We reserve the right to crop the picture as needed.
