The time to relax is when you don't have time for it. And when is there time for anything but our kids, families, cleaning, cooking...the list goes on. Motherhood brings many joys and wonderful experiences, but it also pulls us in so many different directions that it's hard to find time to focus on ourselves.
We all know how important, rare, (and lovely) time spent on ourselves really is. So let's do it! Let's focus on us - the strong and beautiful women we all are, inside and out.
Join us at the Barre Body studio in Ramsay for an afternoon to renew, de-stress and nourish our bodies and minds. Enjoy a 50 minute Barre class, sample Kombucha by TrueBuch Kombucha and refuel with delicious and healthy treats from Little Tucker. Sweat Society will be showcasing their stunning and functional workout wear with a pop-up shop and our resident personal trainer, Tara Butterwick will be leading a discussion about ways to find a balance in momlife! Barre Body Class (50 minutes)
Barre is a low-impact, energizing, and effective workout that combines yoga, pilates, and ballet. They are also choreographed to great music and take place in a motivating group environment. This workout doesn't feel like a "work."
