I'm Jaimie (30) I am addicted to green tea lattes and cardigans - I have been married to my hardworking high school sweetheart (Dustin) for 10.5 years and we have two amazing kids! Logan (8) and Holly (5.5) we love movie nights and cuddle times.

Parker& Posie baby shoes is my business, I started almost 8 years ago when my son was a baby - I made him up a pair of shoes for fun and loved sewing them so I made more!
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST MOMENT WITH YOUR BUSINESS?
I think my proudest moment is really just how far I have come, when I first started I really didn't know what to expect. I have been able to stay home to raise our kids and make some money, such an amazing blessing - I am so thankful for all my amazing customers. I am always inspired by all the amazing fabric choices out there - texture and colors.
HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED AND INSPIRED?
I am motivated by simple little notes from customers telling how happy they are with their shoes!
HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN A WORK-LIFE BALANCE?
Maintaining a work-life balance is hard! Some days work out perfect and you get quality kid time, clean house, a yummy healthy meal made and sewing time while others the sink is full of dishes and laundry needs to be folded, you just need to let some things go for a bit! Snuggle the kids, take the time to talk to them and listen to the little things they have to say! They won't remember a dirty house but they will remember your attention.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST MOM MOMENT?
Watching our kids grow and thrive into smart and kind little people who love Jesus - learning to read/write, being told 'this is such a fun day!"
WHAT IS YOUR BEST PARENTING ADVICE?
My best parenting advice is to just enjoy the little things, love on your kids and remember what an amazing blessing they are even though some days may not be great. You are building memories! Every season from newborn to school age in parenting has its challenges and great joys. God’s grace will get you through the hard times and his mercies are new each morning!
